While the website uses Honda’s pricing tape to gather pricing information, there may be discrepancies in parts sold on the site. If the correct price is higher than the advertised price, we will contact you to inform you of the pricing discrepancy, and will ask for confirmation to authorize the extra charge or to cancel the item.
Pricing from American Honda is subject to change without notice, and for that reason, we cannot guarantee any prices for any period of time. Any quotes sent are good till close of business, and will become null in void at that time. If pricing changes from one business day to another and an order has not been placed, you will be required to pay the current listed price.
At this time, Honda Parts Unlimited charges the current AZ sales tax rate to all orders being ordered from or shipped to Arizona residents only.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received during normal business hours up until 3PM MST. Orders are not processed after this time, or during close of business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM MST, will be processed the following Monday.
Although we carry a large inventory of genuine Honda OEM parts and accessories, some items may need to be special ordered which can delay a shipment. We ship all orders complete, so your order will ship when the parts needing to be special ordered have arrived, unless separate shipping is agreed upon. If you are thinking about placing an order, and need the part in a specific time frame (i.e. next day, or by the weekend), please contact us to get availability of the parts you are interested in before an order is placed. We are always happy to work with you in order to try and get your parts when you need them. We are not responsible for missed service appointments due to lack of communication on part availability, nor will any refunds of shipping be given if we are not contacted prior to order placement.
VIN Number Guarantee
We guarantee that all parts sent will be correct for the vehicle if a VIN is provided in the comments section of the order. If no VIN has been supplied, we cannot guarantee any parts will fit the vehicle. If an order is placed with a VIN and the items received contains parts not correct for the vehicle, we will return the parts to us and replace them at our expense.
We can only guarantee fitment with a VIN for US-market vehicles. Any parts being ordered for a non-US made vehicle will need to be confirmed with a local dealership before an order is placed.
Credit/Debit Card Fraud Prevention
In order to give our customers the best possible shopping experience, we verify all billing information through our payment system to confirm the customer’s identity.
If for any reason you would like to ship an order to a different address than the billing address, please contact your card issuer/financial institution to add the address as an authorized shipping address so our system can verify the address. If for any reason the order is flagged as potential fraud, we will require another form of payment.
We require confirmation from the card issuer for any transactions over $1000.00, or for any orders we feel need to be verified with a customer’s bank. The bank will contact the customer to verify the transaction is valid, and contact us to inform us the purchase is okay to process. Unless we receive confirmation directly from the bank, we cannot process the order.
If an order is placed, and you request to cancel the day the order is placed during normal business hours, we will cancel it and refund the order in full. If an order is placed, and parts have been ordered through American Honda, or if the order is canceled after close of business the day the order is placed, or during Saturday & Sunday, that order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Shipping will not be applicable to the cancellation fee.
We do not ship internationally. If an order is placed, and the country is listed outside of the United States, and we need to cancel the order, the cancellation policy above will be applied.
Some parts on your order may have updated part number information. Our parts specialists will verify and ship out the updated replacement at our discretion. In the meantime, the updated replacement part number will be provided on the packing list and invoice.

Honda Parts Unlimited reserves the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between both the purchasing and seller party will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to cancel your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
