What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?
VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.
Why do you need my Vin#?
The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1990 model year.
Do you sell genuine OEM parts?
We are one of the largest Honda dealerships in the United States, and pride ourselves in only selling genuine OEM parts and accessories. These are the same parts that were installed on the vehicle when it was made
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders typically within 24-48 hours.
Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
You can, however our system does not have the ability to add items to orders once they have been placed. If you would like to add an item to your order, please contact us, as we can assist you
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
The part says "In Stock" under the product information. What does this mean?
"In Stock" items are items that are still available for purchase and are in stock through our network of parts warehouses. this does not mean that the item is in our facility though. If you have any questions regarding the availability of a part, please contact us and we can assist you.
How long before my order ships?
In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. If any parts on your order are special order it will take more time. Please call us if you have a question on availability.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept Discover
What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred methods of shipping are through FedEx and the United States Postal Service.
What if I need my part faster?
We offer expedited forms of shipping through both FedEx and USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to Canada, and to APO/FPO addresses, however we do not ship internationally, or to U.S. protectorates such as Puerto Rico. If you do not live in the United States and wish to purchase parts from us, you will need to contact an international shipping broker to arrange shipment to you. We can ship to them, so they can ship the order to you.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So for that reason, WE TAKE BACK ANYTHING WE SELL. We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be able to be resold and in their original unopened packaging (you wouldn't want to purchase a part that came in an open bag or box would you?). You will need a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. E-mail us at email@example.com to arrange for any returns and obtain an RMA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. All parts sold on this website are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
