What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?

VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.

Why do you need my Vin#?

The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1990 model year.

Do you sell genuine OEM parts?

We are one of the largest Honda dealerships in the United States, and pride ourselves in only selling genuine OEM parts and accessories. These are the same parts that were installed on the vehicle when it was made

What is a "Core Deposit"?

A core deposit is simply a price that Honda adds to a remanufactured item they wish to get back to refurbish. Sometimes Honda will add a core deposit to wheels and other new items they would like to get back so that they can inspect, and determine why the item failed. IN either case, this additional charge is added to the price of the part, and can be refunded once we receive the old/failed part or "core" back. If you do purchase an item that is remanufactured and would like to send back the core, please contact us, and we will help you facilitate the process.

Do you have my part in stock?

We do have many parts and accessories on site, however we do not have the ability to carry EVERY Honda/Acura part. You may see the part on our website, but does not mean that the item is in our warehouse.In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders typically within 1-2 business days

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

You can, however our system does not have the ability to add items to orders once they have been placed. If you would like to add an item to your order, please contact us, as we can assist you

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

How long before my order ships?

In stock orders usually ship within 1 business day. If any parts on your order are special order it can take up to 5 business days to ship.This means if your order is placed on a Saturday, and it is in stock, it will be shipped by Tuesday the following week.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, as well as PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, or Discover

What method of shipping do you use?

Our preferred methods of shipping are through FedEx and the United States Postal Service.

What if I need my part faster?

We offer expedited forms of shipping through both FedEx and USPS. Please be advised, parts that need to be ordered will need to arrive in the order's entirety before they ship.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to Canada, and to APO/FPO addresses, however we do not ship internationally, or to U.S. protectorates such as Puerto Rico. If you do not live in the United States and wish to purchase parts from us, you will need to contact an international shipping broker to arrange shipment to you. We can ship to them, so they can ship the order to you.
